The inspiration behind the song, written whilst in Italy with Bonnot in Nov/Dec, partially came from my experiences of visiting places over the last year where a lot of citizens are tired, frustrated and angry along with many others in the world at their so-called leadership/governments and are no longer willing to quietly allow hypocrisy, injustice and abuses of rights. Also it comes from those in opposition to all negative & people dividing Movements…..So in response they take to the streets…..

This collective discontent is an energy that eventually manifests itself in the overflow that you see happening atm. There doesn’t have to be tanks rolling through the streets of a country for the people that live there to feel stressed & oppressed. Many times, particularly in the less “obvious” countries, the oppression is far more subtle but equally as frustrating……
